Eric Henry
Trial Attorney
Eric Henry learned from an early age that success comes from hard work and discipline, and he embodies that ethic in his practice of the law. In high school, Eric was an athlete – a wrestler and a cross country runner. He honed his competitive spirit, which is an essential trait for a successful litigator. Eric attended Kent State University where he graduated high honors with dual degrees in English and Psychology. Eric worked three jobs to pay his way: in a warehouse filling orders, in construction doing flooring, and as a reporter for a local newspaper. Eric went to law school at Case Western Reserve University and graduated with honors. His professional experience has taught him the value of being a creative problem solver and a tough negotiator. Eric has represented some of the biggest companies in the country and has litigated in all areas of civil law for both the plaintiff and defense. Eric enjoys using new technologies, techniques, and strategies so that he is serving his clients with cutting-edge 21st-century legal representation. As a trial attorney, Eric has won his clients multimillion-dollar federal court verdicts, multimillion-dollar settlements, and life-changing financial recoveries in cases other lawyers said had no chance of succeeding.
