Shore Law has a unique and innovative skill set to expose further liability and potentially increase the value of your case by being able to analyze matters such as facility staffing levels for potential understaffing, electronic medical records and software to understand what information was provided to the healthcare provider at the time, medical record audit trails to identify potential false charting, facility billing for potential billing fraud, and facility cost reports to uncover facilities putting money into their own pockets as opposed to patient care.
If there is a cover up and systemic failure on the part of the defendant, we will find it and has successfully done so in nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, and sexual assault cases. Megan will expose wrongdoers and hold them accountable.
